As an Essential Provider, We Are Open During the COVID-19 RESPONSE!

The World Health Organization states that controlling water quality is necessary to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases and; therefore, pools and hot tubs need to be maintained for the safety of all. In addition, please note that according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs when properly maintained.

We are practicing “social distancing” for your protection and the protection of our staff. Here are a few changes you will notice as we try to follow recommended guidelines keeping you and our staff safe.

Service and Repair Calls:

– We need your help as we perform our service “solo” during the service call. Please do not join us as we service your pool, spa, or equipment.

– If you need to communicate additional needs or requests we ask you call the office, and we will relay the information to the technician.

Visiting our Retail Location:

– We are now offering curbside pickup for customers at our retail store. Simply call us at 931-728-6414 and place your order over the phone and we will have it ready for you to pickup.

OR

-Bring a water sample and put the sample in the container by the front door. We will test your water while you wait in your vehicle and we will call you on the phone or visit you curbside to place the order.

– We are taking extra sanitation measures as we service our customers needs during this time.
