The purchasing experience was great. I had some questions about the product so I called the company. They answered all my questions so I went ahead and placed the order on the phone for the tub I wanted. I ended up getting the pump upgrade. No problems at all. The people I talked to were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Took over 1 month to receive it. Apparently a mix up with orders at the factory. Clearwater compensated for the long delay with planters & steps. Very pleased with their efforts and concern in making it right

Cathy kept me updated throughout the process, and was always true to her word. The pool technicians were professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
