I don’t think the service could be any better, great folks to deal with. The people I dealt with while purchasing the spa were very helpful and friendly. I was advised of all sale items and the difference between spas both pros and cons. The company even held my purchase until I was ready for delivery and it was shipped from Florida to Oregon.
I had a minor issue after initial start up of my hot tub, during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Eric helped me trouble shoot the issue via email and the phone. He figured out the problem and saved my weekend. Superb customer support and service!!
